Hi everyone

Just returned from a lovely two week holiday in Santa Susanna which is about an hour from Barcelona. We had wall to wall sunshine everyday so back to reality til the next time.
For today's card I have used  fabulous papers from Scrapberry's 'Elegy' pad. I love these papers each and everyone is gorgeous and lends themselves very nicely to shabby chic cards.
Flowers are by Prima Marketing 'Rossibelle' range and are lush. The wooden heart I have painted with Viva Decor chalky paint.

I was asked to do a 30th Birthday card and this is what I came up with.
I love the pastel peach papers that I have distressed and edged with modelling paste to add some
texture.
The 'Bilberry Flourish' frame is a perfect accompaniment for the wooden '30' figures.
Flowers have as usual been dusted with crushed ice glitter.

I've used quite a few different textures on this card including corrugated card, burlap, lace, pearl beads and a resin frame that I've painted with cream chalky paint for a more shabby look.

The backing papers are from Anna Marie Designs, Dotty card and Vintage Shabby sets, they lend themselves beautifully to this style of card. Flowers have been dusted with crushed ice glitter.
