Twig Tree

Hi everyone
Back with a very simple card today. I'm lucky enough to live near a
National Forest an area of outstanding beauty so my three beautiful
Granddaughters and I went foraging for twigs and came back with
handfuls of them. So I made this very effective twig tree from some
of them. I've made some tiny white blossoms from Foamiran and
added them to the tree. Papers are from Anna Marie Designs 'Blissful Green'
pad and sentiment is also one of Anna's.

Good morning everyone
I can't believe how quickly the weekend rolls around it's almost a
third of the year gone already, a sign I'm getting old!!!
For todays card I have chosen papers from Lemoncrafts Cotton Candy Basic pad
and just inked around the edges with 'Victorian Velvet' distress ink
I've die cut the left hand side with Sissix 'Mixed Media #2 by Tim
Holtz (my new favourite die so expect to see it again).
I've made the flowers from Foamiran which for those of you who don't
know what it is, it's a very thin foam from Iran hence the name Foamiran.
When heated with an iron or heat tool it becomes very pliable and easy
to shape into flowers using either dies or moulds. It's great fun and very therapeutic
so if you haven't tried it yet have a go you will love it.
I've coloured the flowers with pastels and dusted with crushed ice.
Leaves  are Rosy Owl  'Trailing Leaves' die.

Good morning all
For today's card I have used papers from Lemoncrafts Cotton Candy Basic

to get the aged crackled effect, a technique that I love to do as I love how it
looks. I've made the flowers from white Foamiran and coloured with
soft oil pastels.

Gossamer Blue

Good morning everyone
Back today with a card using gorgeous contrasting papers from Lemoncraft's
'Gossamer Blue' pad.  I've used 'Frame 06' for the centrepiece, I absolutely love
this chipboard. I've tucked some white voile under the blue top layer
and finished with handmade Foamiran flowers that I've coloured with soft
oil pastels.

For those of you that are new to Foamiran, it is a very thin foam from Iran
hence the name Foamiran. When heated with an iron or heat tool it
becomes very pliable and easy to shape. You can colour white Foamiran
with a variety of mediums including inks, soft oil pastels, mists, chalks etc.
It comes in loads of different colours and you can add more colour to
make it more dense  again by adding your colouring mediums.
If you haven't tried it yet, please do, it is very  therapeutic and most
satisfying seeing the lovely creations that you can make.

Wedding

Good morning peeps
So todays card doesn't have a flower in sight which is highly
unusual for me, but I love the sleek lines on this card.
I had some left over pebble paper from some wedding invitations I
made recently so I layered it onto silver linen card.
I then made a tag and layered the pebble paper onto silver glitter card.
I finished off with a simple sentiment, silver ribbon and a pearl and rhinestone cabochon.

Silk Foam

Good morning everyone
You know when you've made a card and look at it and think
"I love how this has turned out" well that is what I thought about
this card. I love how the papers blend perfectly together.
I layered papers from Lemoncraft's 'Cotton Candy Basic' and 'Just Love me'
pads, and I've used a pretty border punch on the top layer.
I've made the large flowers from 'Silk Foam' and the small ones
from 'Foamiran. I like both these products in equal measures as they make
the most fantastic flowers. I've coloured them with oil pastels.
